TDM Update v2.0

Hello guys, as you all  know i was busy with our TDM server v2.0 Development.I'm proud to announce that i'm done and releasing today.Not much update but important updates are in.

++Added 10 capture zones in LV desert
>>You'll get reward 4 points when you capture a zone and 1 point for your team
>>You have to wait 25 seconds to capture a zone
>>When someone trying you capture your zone it will show a client message
>>Area 69 is one of the capture zones Note :(Germany Base have been changed)
>>When you capturing there is TextDraw time will show you.Bottom Left

++Added new vehicle rules /vrules
++Added /credits command
++Added Anti-Spawn Protection (5 seconds)
++Added Duel system (Thanks to TheGamer)
