Suggestions

1. Clan system -

-When a member of that clan logs in it should say for example Elite Killers clan member [EK]Matic has logged on, same for leader..
-Clan have their own skins.
-Members must wear tag
-Clans have their own forum boards where they can discuss and also where persons can apply
-Clans have their own personal vehicles
-Clan HQ

2. Weapon system
-Persons can buy spawn weapons using /bswp ..and they always spawn with them
- /shop
-weapon packs - like starter pack with low guns and low ammo..low price..the higher pack, the better the guns and the higher price.

3. Money bag system

4. At the bottom of the screen..there should be: Kills: , Deaths:, Ratio: ,Total Rank:

5. New forum ...If you gonna make one..use a smf(simple machines) forum.its really nice.

Moneybad script is easy   

i know, but i am also working on a bit harder script

1)Clan system +1 but would take a lot of time in scripting the vehicle's ownership,register clans and their members(will be good if u just add clan system and rest will be updated on its own like cars,members etc...)
2)Weapon system are going to be added anyways in the next update probably.
3)Money bag-Neutral,I dont think its required in a DM server but can be useful in freeroam server

5)smf is good i agree but ener has started making the forums in mybb. Lets see and use them too.Never really tried mybb tho.

About Vehicles i disagree with you guys..
About Clan...
Must Have thier Tag System exmp(if other Player join with [XX]Tag Will Kick Auto) and The Clan Must Have something i'll show you some screen from other server Which Have everything you want it guys...
